On Wednesday 15th June, PlayerMaker invited 50 of the brightest coaches from non-league football to the state-of-the-art Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for an evening of networking, demos and talks.

PlayerMaker sees the amazing potential of working with non-league clubs and we have tailored our Essential product offering to them; giving them access to the richest data on the market at a price that works for every budget.

During our evening, we were given a tour of the new 62,000 seater stadium, seeing the ultramodern fitness rooms, physio bays and press areas before we all took our spots in the home dressing room and dreamt of pulling on our kit for the Champions League. Walking down the tunnel to the pitch was a special moment, particularly for a couple of our guests who had walked down the tunnel at White Hart Lane in their playing days. It was great to hear about how far they had come and how far they now wanted to go in their burgeoning coaching careers.

Some of the players from Putney Town FC joined us to put on a live demonstration of the PlayerMaker Essential technology, strapping the sensors on and having a kick around the tunnel area while we monitored it on our software system.

We then sat down for a talk from Ben Stevens and Bobby Shojai, performance analysts from Crystal Palace. Their talk allowed us to all see how data is used at the highest level to support training, match preparation and scouting and recruitment. We finished the evening with a short talk about how PlayerMaker can help lower league clubs bridge the gap with accessible technology.
